  • About the show

Kicking off a special evening of Time to Vent Open Lines, George played the classic Howard Beale "I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore!" monologue from the movie Network. For three hours, callers let off steam, sharing issues, events and instances that made them angry or frustrated. Among the topics were: the Moussaoui verdict, immigration, housing, child custody, sex predators, people that don't think for themselves, chemtrails, and John Titor.

    Bird Flu Update

First hour guest, Dr. Marc Siegel reacted to the White House's latest plan to deal with a potential bird flu pandemic. He noted that the H5N1 avian virus would need to go through several mutations before it can affect the human population on a mass scale, and that there is no imminent danger right now. Siegel suggested that the current efforts are a method to control people through fear.
