In a live remote broadcast from GhostFest Expo 2006 aboard the haunted Queen Mary, George Noory presided over a evening of Open Lines featuring stories from both callers and expo attendees, as well as interviews with various GhostFest speakers:

In the first hour, 'paranormal sensitive' Erika Frost discussed the history of the Queen Mary and reports of strange occurrences aboard the ship. Jack Rourke talked about his work as a spirit medium and the "impressions" he felt while aboard the Queen Mary. Rourke also shared details of his encounter with the ghost of a sailor.

Retired clinical psychologist Dr. Edith Fiore spoke about The Unquiet Dead, confused spirits that have not yet moved on. Joshua P. Warren, the president of L.E.M.U.R. provided info about his new Paranormal PC, which he was preparing to test on the ship.

During the second hour, paranormal investigator Dr. Barry Taff shared his theory on how poltergeist activity could be explained by psychokinesis in living people, as well as his work on "The Entity" case. George also chatted with Beyond Investigation Magazine's Pat Wheelock and Guy Jackson, who talked about his EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) investigations. George played some EVPs that were recorded on the Queen Mary.

In the third hour, 'soul intuitive' Eddie Conner shared his experiences seeing spirits. George also spoke with Jeff Belanger about mirrors and dream interpretation. The final hour of Friday's program featured an interview and phone calls with 'ghostbuster' Mary Ann.
