  • About the show

Explorer and author Dr. Greg Little reported on some of his recent discoveries in the Bermuda Triangle, and how they related to Edgar Cayce's visions about the area. Cayce conducted medical readings while in a trance state, which were shown to have a high degree of accuracy. Of the 15,000 readings he gave, about 700 of them referenced information about Atlantis, which he placed in the Bermuda Triangle region. The Atlantean civilization, according to Cayce, got its start in 210,000 BC and ended around 10,000 BC, when the area was hit by a comet.

Before the final destruction, the Atlanteans made three sets of 32 tablets, that documented their history, and these were hidden in a "hall of records" in Egypt, Guatemala and Atlantis, said Cayce. Little recently discovered large marble artifacts off the coast of Bimini (see video clips below) which could have been part of a temple that Cayce said would house the "hall of records." Yet, Little now believes that the marble may have been cargo from a sunken ship.

In November 2006, Bill Donato found a series of rectangular structures five miles off Bimini, and in June 2007, Little and a crew visited this site, with divers taking photos of stones stacked on top of each other. Little suggested they could be looking at a building foundation, possibly dating back to 10,000 BC. During an expedition to the neighboring island of Andros, they found the underwater remains of a huge limestone wall, he added.

    Earthquake Warning

First hour guest Erik Pounders, with the USGS Earthquake Hazards Program, talked about quake scenarios, such as the one proposed by Lucy Jones, a seismologist with the U.S. Geological Survey. She has noted that the southern section of the San Andreas fault is overdue for a large quake that could be centered in the Coachella Valley (for more see this report). The website Dare to Prepare offers earthquake readiness tips.
