  • About the show

Psychic medium & parapsychological researcher Michael J. Kouri discussed his investigations into ghosts and haunted sites, particularly in California. One of his forthcoming books deals with the ghosts of motorcyclists who were killed on the highway. In one incident, he "felt the coldest chill" just before a ghost motorcyclist rode right through their car.

At the site of the Donner Party near Sacramento, Kouri reported that he saw a zombie-like spirit, whose skin was peeled-- she was one of the people who was eaten when the snowbound group was starving. He said he helped her spirit make peace with the memory of her life, so she could move on. "I speak with those living in the afterlife, not the dead," he explained.

Kouri declared that the spirit of Elizabeth Short (the Black Dahlia) has come through to him, and her killer was possibly a man she dated from Westminster (Orange County). He also spoke about seeing spirits at the Whaley House in San Diego-- which he called one of the most haunted spots in America. In 2005, he participated in a turbulent seance there-- the table actually lifted off the floor, he said.

    'John of God' Experiences

During the first hour, shamanic practitioner Heather Cumming spoke about her experiences with the Brazilian healer 'John of God.' Different entities on their own spiritual evolution come through him as he is conducting his healings, and an array of crystals moved over a person's body is sometimes used as part of his treatment, she detailed.
