UFO Investigations/ Open Lines

About the show

Ufologist and forensic investigator Chase Kloetzke is the leader of the "Special Assignment Team" of experienced and specialized investigators for the Mutual UFO Network. She began her segment with a discussion of the so-called "Star Child skull," which she has been investigating since the original researcher, Lloyd Pye, passed away in 2013. She has treated the skull and its identification "as a cold case and started over." Her colleagues have subjected it to new tests that she says "weren’t even available when Lloyd was here." After a lab in Canada returned its findings, she said it confirmed what Pye had found: that all DNA associated with the skull and other remains found with it were "completely human."

Kloetzke stated that credible people "see things every day that aren’t supposed to exist" and that it is her job to follow up on these reports. She does not think that the government will disclose what they know, and instead believes that science will provide evidence for the reality of UFOs before any sort of disclosure happens, although she doesn’t think it can be contained much longer. Kloetzke says that she will follow a case where the evidence leads, and has debunked issues such as the rumored underwater base near Malibu, California as a natural formation. She says she continues to use law enforcement investigative methods in her research, since the "standards of evidence collection are all the same."

During Open Lines in the latter half, Bill in California asked if George thought this planet was a "zoo" or "terrarium" for an alien race. He said that it was possible and remained one of the more interesting theories. Jennie called in from Ohio to relate a strange daytime UFO sighting where she observed an "extra large aircraft" which seemed to disappear in mid-flight, except for the windows. She thinks it was a military test of "some sort of cloaking device." She said that two other witnesses were present. Michael called in from North Carolina with a ghost story about an abandoned and apparently haunted tuberculosis ward. He and a friend were exploring the property when they observed someone sawing wood. When they called out to him, the figure turned to face them, but Michael said "he didn’t have a face" and then "turned around and disappeared."

John called from California with a skin-crawling story of a strange entity he and wife saw while driving on highway 93 in Nevada late at night. He said that they saw something in the road that looked to him like "a black dust devil," but his wife saw it as a 10-foot tall figure with "thin black arms and a thin body" that "sparkled" in the moonlight. He recalled that his wife put her hand over her mouth and "turned white." Kevin from Kansas reported a dramatic UFO sighting he had three years ago, also in Nevada. He said a "bright yellow" object flew at impossible speeds over a distant mountain range while an "orange orb" cavorted in the sky near to him while he recorded the whole thing on his phone. George asked him to send in the video.
