Alternative Health / Animal Communication

About the show

In the first half, Dr. Joel Wallach outlined alternative health approaches and the benefits of remedies and supplements that aid in the body's recovery from many diseases and ailments. Reacting to a new study about eating eggs, he said it's not the eggs that cause the plaque in the arteries in heart attacks, "it's what you cook the eggs in." He recommends simmering eggs at low heat using butter rather than oils, which oxidize and turn into trans fats. The consumption of such oils as well as statin drugs, he believes, is associated with Alzheimer's.

CBD oil, he reported, is great for such things as relaxation and sleep. It can also be helpful as a topical treatment for pain, and serve to maximize brain function. Regarding obesity, Wallach has concluded that the primary cause is nutritional deficiencies and if those are addressed it will be far more effective than increasing one's amount of exercise in an attempt to lose weight.

In the latter half, animal communicator Amelia Kinkade (pictured above) discussed how some animals can communicate with each other by means of vibrations and consciousness, and how we can learn to talk to our own animals at home as well as wild animals like elephants, lions, tigers, dolphins, and whales. Recounting a trip to Africa, she said she was sitting at an open air hotel when an elephant family walked right into the lobby to visit her. Kinkade mentally sent a message to the young elephant that she should kiss her face, and the 6-ton creature quickly complied wrapping her trunk around Amelia to the amazement of the crowd around them.

By learning how to listen in a meditative process and tap into the infinite creator inside of us, we can access communication from animals almost instantly, she explained. Kinkade spoke about her visit to a show horse that had suddenly become headstrong, not getting along with people, and kicking her stall. She felt a wave of grief coming from the animal-- it was due to her stablemate of the last six years, a horse named Starhawk being moved out. Horses, she added, "are bringing miraculous healing to crippled children, to abused women, [and] to prisoners." Kinkade also shared her views on house cats being magical beings, able to see spirits, and traverse other dimensions.
