Alternative Health / Other Side Communications

About the show

In the first half, registered pharmacist, nutritionist, and cosmetic chemist, Ben Fuchs shared alternative health concepts, and offered tips on supplements and healthy changes to one's diet and lifestyle. We have created a situation where an infection like the coronavirus has run amok, he commented, because our immune systems are weakened by a toxic environment, the western medical model, and unhealthy food and life choices. Yet, protection doesn't come from staying inside and wearing masks outside, he said. We can build up our immunity by getting on a good nutritional supplement program, he suggested, along with a good diet, deep breathing, exercise, and maintaining mental and emotional health. "These are all things that we have under our control," he added.

Perhaps the three most important nutrients for boosting the immune system are zinc, Vitamin C, and Vitamin A, Fuchs cited. The immune system is an amazing apparatus, he continued, as it makes antibodies which are like "heat-seeking missiles" that target specific viruses and germs that have entered the body. In general, people eat way too many calories, he pointed out, and the practice of caloric-restriction is one of the only known ways to increase lifespan.

Author and spiritual medium, Hollister Rand, has provided detailed messages from spirits for more than twenty-five years. In the latter half, she discussed what she's been told about the Other Side and answered questions about what this realm is like. There is a difference between ghosts and spirits, she revealed. "Ghosts are spirits with a bad attitude," she quipped, explaining that ghosts may be disgruntled or carry a grievance. However, Rand said she communicates at the "frequency of love," which only allows spirits to come through that have the best interests at heart of those who seek readings from her.

While we view the recent deaths of many from COVID-19 as tragic, "the spirits do not see themselves as victims," she detailed, adding that there are "first responders" that greet them as they pass over to the Other Side. What spirits have reported to her about the afterlife is that it's filled with light and luminescence, and "colors like we have not ever imagined here on Earth." She also shared that she communicates with the spirits of deceased animals, who can be vibrant, wonderful, and funny. "I have spoken," Rand said, "with a chameleon who grew up in a frat house...[and] a miniature donkey who loved poetry." During the last hour, she gave readings for callers.
