Antichrist & End Times / Spirit Communications

About the show

Kristen Van Uden serves as an author spokesperson at Sophia Institute Press. She received her MA in History from the College of William & Mary and her BA in History & Russian from Saint Anselm College. In the first half, she discussed the Antichrist, his relation to Satan, signs of the Apocalypse, the Mark of the Beast, and prophecies of End Times. Van Uden cited the recently re-published book The Antichrist: The Final Campaign Against the Savior by the late Fr. Vincent P. Miceli as a source for some of the material she presented. Miceli argued that the Antichrist is not an ideology, group of people, or a movement but rather an individual who presents himself as the true savior. Van Uden added that he will be a highly charismatic humanitarian figure and win over most of the population with a false peace.

There will be a false unity under the Antichrist to promote a new world religion, she continued, and appearing as a forerunner to the Antichrist, a "false prophet"-- likely an apostate within the Church. A variety of cataclysmic physical events will herald the time of the Apocalypse, she remarked. "15 Signs of Doom" were identified by the Venerable Bede, a monk from the Middle Ages, which include: the sea rising 40 cubits and forming a kind of wall, waters and Earth burning, plants covered by a bloody dew, earthquakes, stars falling, and even the dead returning to life in the last stages. "While the Antichrist will try his utmost to steal as many souls from God as he possibly can, he, in the end, still loses," she said.

Intuitive medium and author Geoffrey Jowett assists others on their journey of enlightenment by recognizing that each of us is an infinite part of God. In the latter half, he spoke about his work as a medium helping people to connect with deceased loved ones on the Other Side. He described mediumship as a process where the medium raises their vibration and consciousness to sense the presence of spirit. Jowett talked about how he uses "connecting points" to relate to the departed, and sometimes asks his clients to bring in collages that feature meaningful locations, objects, or hobbies related to the person in spirit. These connecting points can be the basis of specific signs and symbols that spirits use to relay information, he explained.

Jowett talked about how spirit guides and ancient ancestors can help people to fulfill their life goals, using their unique vantages. He explained reincarnation using the analogy of a bathtub filled with water, and how each incarnation is like a glass of water that is returned to the same tub at the end, so a person may share similar qualities over lifetimes. In the last hour, he offered readings to callers. Interestingly, he noted that deceased loved ones often learn lessons from the living, such as in the case of a listener who had a cruel father. From the Other Side, he was learning compassion by witnessing his daughter's actions in the present.
