In the first half, pharmacist Ben Fuchs shared natural health remedies and the vitamins, nutrients, and minerals that our bodies need to maintain good health. Fuchs discussed his opposition to drugs like statins, which inhibit the body's ability to produce cholesterol.  The solution to high cholesterol, he argued, isn't to stop our natural process of producing it, but to adjust our habits and lifestyle so that we're not tricking our bodies. Increasing exercise and avoiding sugar consumption, for example, are ways to combat high cholesterol that doesn't involve drugs, which, Fuchs claimed, are inherently poisonous to our system.

In response to a listener in California who asked how he could return to his former good health and physical fitness, Fuchs recommended focusing on digestive health and again suggested cutting out sugar and carbohydrates. A Hawaii caller wondered what could be done about skin cancer; Fuchs explained that cancer is indicative of cells that are in a distressed state. The key to treating this condition, he said, is to load up on antioxidants. To a listener in Illinois who described her frequent insomnia, Fuchs recommended eating a small amount of protein before bedtime, as well as taking melatonin in moderation.

In the latter half, Dr. Simeon Hein talked about the large area of scientific knowledge he said is being withheld from public discussion—and how these ideas can help explain seemingly paranormal phenomena. He recounted his time as a teacher of remote viewing, when he met students who claimed to have witnessed Bigfoot. The behavior attributed to Bigfoot is very similar to that of humans on the one hand, while Bigfoot are also reported to possess paranormal abilities like telepathy, telekinesis, and cloaking, said Hein. The fact that orbs of light are often reported to accompany Bigfoot further suggests that there's a paranormal connection between the two.

Another item Hein offered as an example of covered-up information was extensive confirmation of psychokinesis by remote viewers. He also described an experience when he watched a man levitate objects, an ability Hein says has been denied and suppressed. The evidence he's gathered also affirms the existence of extraterrestrials visiting Earth. Hein continues to research topics like these, and mentioned that the most baffling part of his work is that so many people are resistant to evidence of the paranormal.
