In the first half, Dr. Joel Wallach spoke about the human body and its ability to achieve natural healing, and highlighted the benefits of natural remedies that aid in the body's recovery from chronic conditions that plague Americans today. Referencing individuals from the Bible like Adam, Noah, and Methuselah, who were said to live hundreds of years, he connected their longevity to the notion that they inhabited the "land and milk honey." Wallach suggested that this milk was "glacial milk"-- ground-up rocks at the top of glaciers that released white silt, heavy in minerals that flowed into streams, which the biblical-era figures drank, and gained great health benefits from.
Wallach attributed a number of ailments, including excessive nighttime urination, TMJ, and tinnitus— to osteoporosis of the skull. The supplement MSM can reduce this condition by building up ligaments, fibers, and tissues, he suggested, adding that it could also help a caller who said she had small internal cysts. To combat halitosis, he advised brushing the teeth and using mouthwash after every meal, as well as taking digestive enzymes. In 1999, graphic designer Colin Saunders encountered a UFO that totally changed his view of the world. In the latter half, he shared details of his very close encounter - a triangular craft not of this world, as well as other witness accounts with triangular craft in the UK. In March 1999, while traveling from a small UK village along a dark causeway with his family, they first saw incredibly bright lights with red and white colors in the sky that were tilted at an angle. He seemed to see a grid pattern, and then the sky rippled, and it was as if an entire craft de-cloaked.
He could see a metallic craft floating silently in the air like a submarine. Its surface had a liquid quality and appeared almost organic, Saunders recalled. He observed a design of interlocking beams like in an English garden maze that was symmetrical in pattern on both sides of the craft (view illustrations and a model Saunders constructed of the ship). He later pieced together that what the family first saw was a smaller craft (about the size of a bus) that passed over them before it merged with a mothership (about the length of a football field). He also came to believe that there were 'high strangeness' aspects of the sighting and that the detailed views of the alien craft he experienced were telepathically projected into his mind at the time of the incident.
