UAP Cover-Up

About the show

In the first half, George Knapp was joined by investigative journalist, filmmaker, and UFO researcher Jeremy Corbell to discuss what may be the biggest UFO story uncovered to date, and how retired intelligence officer David Grusch not only learned startling truths about UFO research by the US government, but also uncovered evidence of a massive disinformation effort created to mislead Congress, the media, and the public.

Corbell described Grusch as a whistleblower whose story has been met with attacks on his credibility and reputation. After being assigned by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency to help oversee the government's UAP Task Force, Corbell explained, Grusch came forward to report a shadow network of activity that included UFO crash responses, possession of extraterrestrial corpses, and the reverse-engineering of alien craft.

Attempts have been made to revoke Grusch's security clearances and to keep him from testifying before Congress. For Corbell, such interference points to a bigger problem: attempts by the government to silence those who point out injustices and speak truth to power. "This is a test of what it means to be a patriot," he argued. "This whole process needs to be healed."

Continuing the conversation about the UFO revelations in the second half was Rich Hoffman, executive board member for the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies. He described his organization's role in providing various government organizations with research on UFO activity, and said that since it's very difficult to get reliable information in this area, it's important to protect those sources of knowledge that exist. Hoffman saw David Grusch's whistleblowing as doing things "the right way," balancing his access to confidential information with the public's need to know what the government was up to regarding UAP. Recently, SCU briefed Canada's parliament on where the US government was with its UFO program. By keeping allies apprised of what our country is doing, asserted Hoffman, his organization promotes the sharing of information and allows others to take the US's lead in UAP investigation.

Hoffman noted that the Anomalous Aerospace Phenomena Conference, to be held in July 2023, will include presenters from around the world. Scientists will have access to the research discussed at the conference, making it a valuable resource for the latest in UAP studies.
