Farmer, lecturer, and author Joel Salatin raises livestock on his Polyface Farm in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. In the first half, he discussed the rise in food prices, and how monopolies in food supply chains force prices up and quality down, and what we can do to support local food production. He connected the increase in food prices as well as supply issues to America's processing facilities. "Do you think we would have had as big of a hiccup if instead of the nation being supplied by 300 centralized mega-processing plants...we'd been supplied by 300,000...50-person community-based processing plants and canneries?" he pondered. As to the rise in egg prices, Salatin cited the resurgence of the avian flu and the culling of chickens as a major factor.
He was critical of modern industrial farming techniques, confiding herds and flocks to small areas, which increases pathogens and problems. The cost of fertilizer has also been driven up, he noted, as many of the chemicals come from Russia, and our embargo on them cut off the supply. Yet, he pointed out that using chemical fertilizers on farmland has its drawbacks, and that at Polyface, they run on a "carbon economy," making use of natural composting rather than being dependent on chemicals. Salatin also expressed concern over lab-produced "fake meat," which needs abundant feedstock for the ingredients. He explained that corn and soybean crops can create a devastating land use policy, if not run on a carbon economy.

Lifelong contactees of the Zeta race, Paul and Syann Hamden, both have conscious recall of their contact with the beings that they work with. They are deep trance mediums working with spirit guides to assist others and, in the latter half, talked about the ET presence on Earth, disclosure, and healing. Paul suggested that the Zetas are involved in a beneficial agenda and seek to help humanity be their best and move into a new level of consciousness. He said they taught him a "heterodyne" method of contact to reach out to them, involving subtle harmonics and breathwork.
Syann described being taken aboard the Zetas' craft (which is where she first met Paul)-- it was a circular vehicle with a domed roof. She recalled a memory of being in a glass room aboard the Zeta ship when she was startled by a seven-foot-tall Zeta peering at her and Paul through the glass. During an "energy restoration" aboard the craft, Syann observed a group of other humans undergoing this process. She also spoke about making artwork in an altered state as she channels the ETs, and how the resultant paintings can mesmerize viewers. Paul revealed that the Zetas use a kind of space-time compression to navigate great distances in their craft, and that they had informed him that there were around 1,000 civilizations throughout the Milky Way galaxy.
