First Half: Food safety expert Jeff Nelken has 35 years of experience in the hospitality and food safety field. He'll discuss various aspects of food safety, including unusual cases and investigations, allergies, contaminations, and foreign objects found in foods.

Second Half: Researcher, novelist, and Emeritus Professor of Religious Studies Stafford Betty will address the afterlife, how he got interested in it, and why it's natural for all of us to give it some thought. He'll show us where we can find evidence for it and where materialists who deny its existence go wrong.
