Author Whitley Strieber and Dr. Roger Leir spoke about alien implant removals. Whitley talked about how he met Leir and how he was the only doctor who would consider looking for implants using surgical methods. Leir mentioned how one of the implants started to shrink in front of him after he removed it. Government official "General A" joined the program in Hour 3, along with two witnesses, to discuss striking new UFO photos from Ventura MUFON.

Leir said that people were seeing green fireballs in the LA area before the photos were captured. "General A" claimed that there had been an ongoing relationship with ETs and the US government for years. He revealed information about his own abduction and implant. He also maintained that these beings are friendly, and that they are the nicest individuals that he's ever met. Whitley expressed his doubts.
