Electronic Violations

About the show

Private investigator Roger Tolces discussed electronic harassment cases. He has swept over 2500 locations for bugs and wiretaps. Tolces declared that the US should protect the electronic “borders” of the country just like the physical ones. He went on to describe how terrorists could cover their electronic tracks and how these methods could be overcome. Tolces also warned about items that are "trashed" on computers and how the data is easily retrievable.

He revealed that there is technology that can spy on anyone and (at the time) how there were few or no laws to limit these intrusions of privacy. He also detailed various surveillance technologies and their use. Tolces worked on cases involving celebrities and described a female celebrity who was threatened with blackmail, and who called the President and suddenly, the FBI was involved. The guest fielded calls for the final hour. The first hour featured news and Open Lines.
