Elizabeth Clare Prophet Interview

About the show

At the time of this interview, Christian mystic and religious leader Elizabeth Clare Prophet had recently received much media attention, specifically a piece on ABC's 20/20. (According to Wikipedia, a few months after this appearance on Coast, she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, and by 1999, had left public life and given up leadership in her church). She is interviewed for the show's first 3 hours about her beliefs and the day-to-day operation of her church in Montana. Subjects range from reincarnation and the laws of Karma to gun ownership, St. Germain, and the Age of Aquarius. At times she even breaks out into startling chants or "declarations."

She details a reincarnation experience she had at the age of 4, and talks about the re-writing of the Bible in 354 AD where any mentions of reincarnation were removed. Other topics include the work of the "Ascended Masters," and mantras and their uses.

Open Lines were presented in the latter two hours, with spirited discussions of Prophet's controversial statements, as well Art talking about news of the day, and the Quickening.
