During the show's first hour, the late Dr. Roger Leir shared his knowledge about alien implants in human beings. His compelling and intriguing work takes a detailed look at the scientific and medical aspects of the alien abduction phenomena. He described specific cases he investigated and surgical procedures to remove and examine these objects. Recovered specimens were sent to labs and universities, which could not identify them, and biological samples even showed evidence of “non-terrestrial DNA" he said.

In the second hour, Richard C. Hoagland discussed a recently released image that was taken by the Mars orbiter in October of 2002 (but mysteriously released a year later), showing an apparent anomalous light in the famous Cydonia region of the Red Planet. For the last two hours, Hoagland and biblical scholar Mike Heiser discussed an upcoming conference, "God, Man, & ET" (featuring scholars, theologians, and scientists), and, amongst other subjects, evidence that humans have secretly journeyed to Mars, and the possibility that if the Mars artifacts are real, humans may be our ancestors. They also spoke about their efforts to mainstream their views of ET-human interactions and origins with major sects of Christian churches.
