Nostradamus, Prophecy, & Y2K

About the show

Prophecy expert and author John Hogue shared various insights and predictions. In particular, he focused on the 16th-century seer Nostradamus and his prophetic quatrains. Nostradamus wrote of a "darkness" and Hogue pondered whether that possibly related to Y2K power grid failures. Also discussed: Russian nuclear power plant testing for Y2K, the stock market, the Big Bang and the sun.

Later, Hogue spoke of Nostradamus' possible prophecies about extraterrestrials. Art also asked about the genetic revolution and a sexless society in the future. Hogue shared predictions about global warming and hurricanes, and India being out of water by 2025. Both agreed that we were in for a wild ride until the spring of 2000. Hogue discussed prophecies that backed up Art's statement about America being the "best country in the world."

The first hour consisted of news and Open Lines, with such topics as drilling in Antarctic ice sheets, earth changes, and a virus coming out of Africa.
