Robotic Technologies

About the show

Ron Fink of Rapid Robots was on one of the research teams competing in the Pentagon's Defense Advanced Research and Projects Agency's race. He shared the astounding technology and possibilities behind this new breed of robotics.

Ron said he's been involved in many groundbreaking technologies. In the 1970s, he created his own voice recognition system. In the 80s, his ideas contributed to missile defense systems that could maintain the focus of light over thousands of mirrors. Ron also designed and programmed an entire line of 80+ AI robots for a major company. In the 90s & 2000s, Ron developed real-time map-based GIS tracking software for inventory, asset management, and logistics, and designed voice interactive navigation systems for cars.

The first hour featured news and a call from "Thomas" speaking about an apparently high-resolution daylight photo of a flying saucer on the ground near Sedona, Arizona.
