Dr. Steven Greer is one of the world's foremost authorities on the subject of UFOs, extraterrestrial intelligence and technologies, and initiating peaceful contact with interstellar civilizations. In this interview, Greer described his invitation-only, informal hearing in Washington DC, which included members of Congress and the executive branch. Greer supplied "about a dozen first-hand, top-secret military and intelligence witnesses" who claimed to observe and work with "extraterrestrial debris and material," and an astronomer who said that he knew "about a dozen" signals of unknown origin (including one collected at the Harvard observatory) that were not from Earth.

Greer said he sensed that some of the officials in the hearing were experiencing "deep concern, bordering on panic," as the witnesses gave their testimony. Some of the witnesses said that there was a 1988 demonstration that featured an aircraft based on captured UFO technology. He also asserted that there was a group within the government overseeing this information that had more power than elected officials.

Additionally, he reported that investigators were unsuccessful in their search of various black budget programs for evidence of covert UFO projects, but that anti-gravity had been demonstrated way back in the 1950s. He urged others with any first-hand information to contact him.
