Dr. Steven Greer spoke about recent successes with his "CE5" attempts to summon UFOs. He also detailed his interactions with military and intelligence personnel who both witnessed UFOs and had out-of-body experiences. Greer said he disagreed with negative accounts of abductions, and suspected that they were due to government psychological operations.

Art promised Greer that he would share "secret information" that he was keeping in confidence until the right time, and that he could use it in government hearings on UFOs. Greer described an orb he witnessed fly into the bay window of a room he occupied, and a being emerge from it. He also touched on the intersections between science and metaphysics, and technology and spirituality.

In the first hour, National UFO Reporting Center Director Peter Davenport joined Art to discuss and play recordings of witness testimony from recent dramatic UFO sightings, including one that looked like a "flying skyscraper," and another featuring military jets chasing an “anomalous object.” In the first few minutes, David John Oates made a public apology for participating in a smear campaign against Art.
