In this rare early edition of the "Dreamland" program, Art welcomed futurist, journalist, and novelist Michael Lindemann, perhaps best known for his research and publishing in the UFO field. Lindemann addressed a wide range of subjects, including the government black budget, UFOs, ancient aliens, and possible terrorist threats. Convinced that the Earth was being visited by non-human beings, he cited the Roswell crash and his belief that the wreckage was taken away and hidden, and witnesses threatened. He suggested that "the containment is disintegrating" and that the authorities would soon have no excuse to cover up an alien presence.

Lindemann described the new "Roswell Declaration," which requested that the US government reveal information about the great UFO cases. He also warned about so-called "suitcase nukes" and the threat they might pose due to fissionable material missing from the world's arsenals, which he referred to as "red mercury." At around the halfway mark, Lindemann began taking calls from listeners.

During a portion of the first hour, Linda Moulton Howe reported on a recent crop circle in Oregon and a spate of animal mutilations in various western states, including an interview with a rancher in Kansas. She also revealed that a government operative told her that areas of mutilations and UFO abductions are monitored and sometimes involve a response from unnamed agencies.
