  • About the show

Art Bell conducted his annual Ghost-to-Ghost Show, with callers sharing their spookiest stories. Art read some email accounts as well, such as one from Debbie, who described a haunting that eventually led to the discovery of the bones of a murder victim in her attic. Derek from San Diego shared his boyhood recollection of seeing a fully clothed skeleton in his room. He believes it may have been the ghost of a deceased hunter who began to possess his father.

Beatrice in Reno told of seeing a strange man enter her apt. as she was lying on the couch. Though the man made a phone call and ate a banana, when she got a good look at him, she was surprised to see he had no feet or hands. Jen shared her disturbing "spirit writing" experience where an entity controlled her hand movements, drawing a repeated figure 8 pattern. She later discovered in a book on the occult, that such a pattern meant the spirit was evil.

Rachel said she was pinched in the behind by a ghost, while working at a Colorado restaurant that was said to be haunted by a deceased mobster, known for being a womanizer. A caller from Chicago shared an account of her neighbors who woke-up to an acrid smell, and saw a large, dark figure that exuded evil. Earlier in the day, the husband had said something about selling his soul, and they concluded they were seeing the Devil coming to collect it. Also from Chicago, Alicia gave a chilling account of a knocking sound that came from their den. Upon investigation, her husband, who was in law enforcement, found a partially transparent woman, dressed all in black, knocking on a window from the inside, apparently trying to get out of their home.
