An unnerving video out of Argentina features a haunting howl that many believe was bellowed by the country's version of Bigfoot known as the Ucumar. According to a local media report, the eerie footage was captured by a hiker in a richly forested community of San Lorenzo. In the video, a picturesque view of some tree-covered mountains is juxtaposed by a long nightmarish wail from a creature somewhere in the wilderness. The individual behind the camera makes multiple attempts to locate the source of the chilling sound in the valley below, but their efforts are futile thanks to the dense cover provided by the woods.
Since being posted on social media earlier this week, the video has gone viral in Argentina with many suggesting that the unsettling sound came from an Ucumar, the country's version of Bigfoot. Similar to its North American 'cousin,' the creature is said to be a bipedal hair-covered figure of tremendous size that strikes terror in the hearts of those unfortunate enough to encounter it. Of course, more skeptical viewers of the video argue that the sound probably came from a prosaic animal, such as a dog or something similar.
