The Passage of Planet X

Date

Hosted byArt Bell

Author Mark Hazlewood was the guest in hours 2-4. He argued that ”Planet X” was approaching Earth and causing seismic, volcanic, and weather-related problems. He said that it would pass by in the spring of 2003, causing Earth's rotation to stop for a few days, which would result in massive geographical changes and a shifting of the poles. He also spoke about how this rogue planet is caught between the orbits of our sun and our "dark sun" near Orion. Lee Hazlewood, who wrote the song "Some Velvet Morning" is Mark's father, and Art welcomed him in hour 2 for a few minutes.

First-hour guest, illusionist and hypnotist Vincent Lords went 12 days without food to beat David Blaine's record of being buried for nine days. He believed that due to the strange mental effects he experienced while underground, afterwards he could do things like healing people and levitating. Lords described how he experienced apparently flying out of the coffin, and was convinced it was astral projection. He also said could now see “light beings,” as well as ”Men in Black" type people.
